Choose an existing PDF when you need to complete a form, or start with a blank A4 page when you need to make a straightforward form of your own.

Your files stay on your device.
make & Sign processes PDFs in your browser while you work. Your document is not sent to our server for editing.

Take extra care when using any document tool on a shared computer. Download your finished file, then close the browser when you are done.

What make & Sign is — and is not

make & Sign is designed for everyday document completion: forms, applications, consent documents, agreements and simple paperwork.

It creates a visible PDF layout. It does not provide identity checks, witnessed signing, document conversion, PDF compression, cloud storage or multi-person signing workflows. If you need those services, use a specialist provider.
